inform the Organisers by 4.00 P.M. on the same day. This is to enable
arrangements for power, lighting and security to be made. Local Authority

approved in advance. If your exhibit, or part
of it, includes any matter that is moving or heat producing, or consists of
several items placed on top of each other or which in any way could be
construed as a hazard, we need to know about it to apply for such permission.
We need to have full details by 1st April. Such exhibits will not be
permitted if permission has not been granted. You can take photographs of your own stand onlyor you may employ a photographer to do so on your behalf. If you would like to arrange one through the Messe, please contact info@mb-capital-services.de Due to fire risks,

all stands at this time. Breakdown starts at 4.00

careful watch on your property at this time. Thefts (and legitimate mistakes)
