FREE VISITOR TICKETS

(General Mailing Lists)

Invitations tickets will be sent to you from March onwards for mailing to your customers

Filling the aisles with good quality visitors is the most important aspect of organizing a successful exhibition.

Exhibitors must however, do their part to make their participation a success.

By sending tickets to your entire mailing list you will increase your opportunity to: -

• Re-unite with past customers
 • Re-affirm relationships with present customers
 • Meet future customers
 • Increase your sales and make more profit

We will provide, free of charge, tickets for your entire mailing list. Your guests and visitors can take advantage of "pre-registering" for the exhibition. Thereby eliminating the €25.00 admission fee and the waiting in-line to register at the exhibition. 

To help make this easy with minimal time and effort we have three options available.

OPTION 1: 

The organizers will supply, free of charge, unlimited invitation tickets in English, French, German and Italian for exhibitors to send to their mailing list at their expense. Please note: You should send these out no later than May 1st, 2004, to enable your customers to register.

OPTION 2:

Exhibitors supply the organizers with mailing labels. Tickets will be mailed at the Organizer’s expense.

OPTION 3:

Exhibitors supply the designated Bonded Mailing House in the UK with their mailing labels. Mailing House costs and postage will be paid for by the organizers.

PLEASE NOTE:

Country of destination must always appear on all address labels regardless of which option you choose, or they cannot be mailed for you.

Confidentiality and Security Information for Exhibitor Mailing Lists and Customer Lists

We understand that mailing lists are a valuable asset to a company, and that a few companies are reluctant to let them be used by a third party. The following method eliminates this problem. Send your mailing list to the designated bonded mailing house in the UK - see order information for address. We will pay for postage and the mailing house handling costs. We do not see or have access to your mailing lists.
