Would you like to put your company in the spotlight at CWIEME 2004? We are pleased to be able to offer you the following promotional opportunities, giving you the chance to promote your company throughout the entire exhibition.

Your company logo can be printed on all pre-registered visitor entrance passes. Please note that this offer is limited to only two companies. The cost for having your logo displayed by all pre-registered visitors is EURO €1,500.00

We are offering one company the opportunity to supply lanyards. Lanyards are distributed to ALL exhibitors and visitors. The cost for the distribution of these lanyards is EURO €1,800.00.

Carrier bags containing the exhibition catalogue will be issued to ALL visitors and exhibitors. Only two companies will be able to supply these bags with their name, logo and /or advertisement displayed. Printed bags must be supplied by the exhibitor and will be charged only EURO €2,500.00 for the distribution of the bags. We would require any interested exhibitors to be able to supply 3,250 bags.

These boards will be displayed in the Conference Area of CWIEME 2004. Boards should be printed on Art Board with dimensions no larger than 1 meter wide and 2 meters in depth. The cost to display each full color board is EURO €250.00

For the first time there will be space available for visitors/exhibitors to have a cup of coffee/glass of champagne in the morning, whilst waiting for the exhibition to open. We are offering an opportunity to sponsor such a coffee/champagne area and making your presence known to all visitors and exhibitors. The successful sponsor is to provide the refreshments and personal. In turn the sponsor wil be able to place their banners and/or advertising boards in the refreshment area. The cost for sponsoring this event for three days is EURO €2,500.00.
