Rap Sessions Tuesday, February 24, 5:00 - 6:30 PM This year's Rap Sessions will take place a bit earlier than in previous years - but they will still be just as contentious and APEC is still providing the beer. And this year we are throwing in some extra refreshments to tide you over.
