Abstract :
By discussing in relatively simple terms the alternative methods of control peculiar to solid-state power control using triacs, as well as their
extensive applicability, it is intended in this paper to shed some useful light on the current state of development of this technology and to
arouse further interest among consumer product and light industrial product manufacturers who are seeking opportunities for diversification.
