Guidelines for the Preparation of Extended Abstracts
Extended abstracts must be written in English and they should not
exceed 2 pages, following the guidelines of the authors' kit.
The first page must include the title of the paper, author(s) names and
affiliation, postal address, fax number, email address for correspondence,
a list of keywords and an abstract. Authors are strongly encouraged to
submit their papers electronically to
eurosim4@esiee.fr
in ps or pdf format.
Authors who cannot submit electronically can send one copy
to:

Full papers must be written in English and they should not exceed 6 pages,
following the guidelines of the authors' kit. The first page must include
the title of the paper, author(s) names and affiliation, postal address,
fax number, email address for correspondence, a list of keywords and an
abstract. Authors are strongly encouraged to submit their papers electronically

in ps or pdf format.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please submit one electronic version of the paper in either ps, pdf or MS Word.
- If submitting a printed copy, print your manuscript one-sided on
plain white paper. Please do not fold the manuscript, do not staple
it, and number its pages using a pencil. Figures and tables should
be electronically incorporated in the text (not glued or taped).
- Please specify the program and version that was used to produce
your extended abstract or your full paper (especially for MS-Word
files). This could make our work a lot easier!
- Authers who want to send more than paper, PLEASE SUBMIT EACH ABSTRACT/PAPER PER SEPERATE EMAIL.
