1.- Registration

The registration desk and the conference secretariat in the main hall of the "Centre des Congrès Pierre Baudis" will be open at the following times:

Monday september 1st 16h 00 - 19h 00

Thuesday september 2nd 7h 00 - 18h 30

Wenesday september 3rd 7h 30 - 18h 30

Thursday september 4th 7h30 - 18h 00

Payment of the registration fee should be done via Paybox (if you pay by Credit Card) or be sent in (if you wish to pay by cheque, bank transfer or order form) before the 1st of May 2003 to allow you to upload your paper on time.
You will be notified of the final decision on your paper around 20 June 2003.

Informations for refunding VAT on the registration fees

The registration fee includes registration for all conference sessions, tutorials not included, 1 ticket for the Gala Dinner, 1 ticket for the Reception Cocktail, 1 conference bag containing 1 proceedings CD-ROM , the lunch tickets.
If you want to buy additional services :
- tutorial (if not already booked with your first request)
- technical visit (if not already booked with your first request)
- some proceedings CD-Rom : 150 Euros (VAT excluded)
- Extra tickets for the Reception Cocktail or Gala Dinner
Please click on "Additional request(s)" in the Host, and follow up the instructions.
You will also have the possibility to buy extra tickets (limited number) for the Reception Cocktail and Gala Dinner on site.

3.- Payment procedure

At the end of your registration ( "Registration"-part on the Host), you will have the possibility to choose your method of payment:
- By Credit Card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa): your secured payment will be automatically sent to :

If you choose this method, you will not pay any bank nor processing fee. You only have to enter your Credit Card Number and Expiry date in the relevant fields. You will receive a registration confirmation by Email. Note that American Express and Diner's Club Credit Cards can not be accepted for payment.

- By Cheque : you can pay with a non-endorsable cheque drawn on a French bank made out to :

Please do not initiate a bank transfer after the 15th of August 2003, since the payment might not reach us before the conference. In that case, please register and pay on-site.

When the Agent Comptable de l'INP Toulouse validates your payment, you will receive a confirmation Email allowing you to log on to the Host and upload your full paper(s), except for payment with Credit Card : the validation of your payment will be automatically sent and you will be given the possibility to upload your full paper immediately.

4.- Cancellation procedure

If you want to cancel your registration, please log click on "Additional Request(s)" on the Host and choose "I want to cancel my registration".Cancellations received prior to July 7th 2003 will be subject to 60,00 Euros administration charge (VAT Excluded). For cancellations received after this date, the registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutes will be accepted at any time.

5.- Fees and expenses

You should note that the organizers do not meet any travelling or subsistence expenses for authors, either prior to or during the conference
