The participants from the EU countries as well as from USA, Finland, Turkey and from the ex-socialist countries (excepting Belarus and Georgia) do not need a visa to come to Romania. The participants from Belarus, Georgia, Canada, Mexic, Algeria, South Africa, Singapore, South Korea, Israel and Palestina have to apply for a visa to the Romanian Embassy from their countries.
