Abstract :
Efficient switching loss reduction for PT and NPT IGBTs. The 600 V NPT structure is able to compete with the PT structure.
For PT- type IGBTs intelligent snubbers for almost infinitely fast switches could reduce du/dt and di/dt to currently
manageable switching speeds.
