Exhibitor Handbook INTRODUCTION It
is our objective that each exhibiting company should derive the maximum
benefit from its participation in the forthcoming Conference and
Exhibition, and, by doing so, take full advantage of the unique sales and
marketing opportunity which lies ahead. It is also our intention that the
receipt of materials, build-up, break-down and removal of exhibits proceed
as smoothly and economically as possible for all of our exhibitors. To
these ends, the following exhibitor’s manual has been prepared. We
cannot urge you too strongly to thoroughly read the information contained
herein. To avoid last minute problems and, in many cases, unnecessary
expenses, we suggest that you follow closely the Action List and Deadlines
schedule and pay special attention to the
“Terms and Conditions.” The Action List should be consulted
periodically to make certain that you are providing the necessary
information when it is required. Exhibitors should also insure that their
display builders also receive copies of all pertinent information
including their “Terms and Conditions.” We encourage you to use this manual to plan your exhibit carefully and ultimately to enhance the success of your display efforts. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Coil
