Scientific Program:
We wish to attract participants from academia, from

Space and time limitations allow a maximum of 100 participants-approximately 50 oral presentations and 50 poster presentations. The meeting will be by invitation only, based upon the acceptance of an abstract. Proceedings of the meeting will be made available on CD. (This will not preclude subsequent publication elsewhere by individual authors.) More information will be included in the next mailing.
Limited scholarship funds are available to help defray expenses for young researchers who would otherwise be unable to attend. More information will be included in the next mailing and, in the future, on this web site.
