IEEE Fellow Nominations This is a good time to begin thinking seriously about who you might nominate for elevation to the grade of Fellow in 1999. The closing date for Fellow nominations for 1998 was March 15, 1997. The current chair of the Power Electronics Society Fellows Nominations Subcommittee of the PELS Awards Committee is Fred C. Lee. This subcommittee was established to actively promote individuals who are deemed qualified for the Fellow grade.
