Best Student Paper of INTELEC® '96 Selected The Program Committee of INTELEC '96 is pleased to announce the selection of Paper #93, "A Single Stage Power Factor Corrected AC/DC Converter," authored by Matteo Daniele (student) and P. Jain and G. Joos of Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, as the recipient of the Best Student Paper Award of the 1996 conference. This paper was selected, based on technical merit, from a field of seven student-authored papers accepted and presented at INTELEC '96, The student author and his faculty advisor/coauthor will receive a grant to attend the 1997 INTELEC Conference, in Melbourne, Australia.
