PELS Chapter Activities by W. G. Dunford, Chapters Chair The Distinguished Lecturer program is once again active, with speakers assigned primarily on a regional basis. Requests and arrangements are handled by the Chapters Chair, who will liaise with the speakers. All local arrangements such as accommodation are the financial responsibility of the chapter. The speakers are: Americas: Dr. R. Steigerwald and Prof. F. Lee; Europe-Africa: Professor T. Undeland, Professor D. van Wyk; Asia-Pacific, Professor K. Harada.
