PELS Officers, AdCom At-Large Members Elected
Officers for the Power Electronics Society for 1997 were elected at the October 6 meeting of the PELS Administrative Committee (AdCom), along with six members of the AdCom whose term runs from 1997 through 1999. The officers, shown in the photo, are, from left to right:

- Administrative Vice President
- Arthur Kelley, North Carolina State University, USA.
Elected for three-year terms starting in 1997 were:
- Thomas Habetler, Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia, USA;
- Jerry Hurley, University College, Ireland;
- Dean Patterson, Northern Territory University, Australia;
- Seth Sanders, University of California, Berkeley, USA;
- Torre Undeland, Norwegian Institute of Technology, Norway;
- Robert White, Zytec, Texas, USA.
