ITherm is
an international conference that brings together engineers and scientists
from industry, academia, and government research organizations for the
technical exploration of thermal and thermomechanical issues associated
with all aspects of today’s electronic systems: from pagers to cell
phones, from lap-top computers to supercomputers, from consumer and
automotive to satellite-based electronics. The aim of ITherm is to address
highly relevant topics in thermal and thermomechanical areas in
electronics and photonic systems.
ITherm co-locates with the Electronic Components and Technology
Conference (ECTC), which
offers a broad range of current and new developments in all areas of
electronic technology (e.g., components, connectors,
manufacturing/assembly, and electronic and optical packaging). In addition
to the technical paper presentations, ITherm includes: vendor exhibits,
keynote lectures by prominent speakers, panels on pertinent topics with
invited speakers, and professional short courses.
