GUIDE FOR SPEAKERS AND CHAIRPERSONS

Speaker's Meeting

Speakers and chairpersons will meet in the waiting room on the 5^th. Floor of the Osaka International Convention Center at 20 minutes before start of the first session in the morning, or in the afternoon on the day of their session to get acquainted, learn session details and resolve any problems.

Language

The official language of the symposium is English. All presentation must be made in English.

Presentation and Discussion

The tool for the presentation is an over-head projector. Remember that only viewgraphs (no slides) can be used.

A letter and a figure in viewgraphs should be made bigger than 10mm X 5mm.

The session chairpersons will not give you extra time and will interrupt you at the time limit.
