Guide of Poster Session

STYLE AND FORMAT

  Size of a provided poster board is 1.2 m wide and 1.8 m high.

You can only use thumbtacks to fix your poster on the board, sine it is forbidden to use tapes on the board.

  Size and format of your poster are free, but you should try to make it easy to

look at. At the upper part of your poster, paper title, author's names and affiliations

should be written in the following style.

TIME AND PLACE

  Poster session will be opened during 15:55~17:55 on Jun 6 at poster session

room (1004-7) on 10^th. floor.

You can use the poster session room to prepare your poster anytime during 9:00~

15:30 on June 6. But, you have to finish the preparation before 15:30.

After the poster session, please remove your poster from the poster board yourself

by 18:20 on June 6.
