Charlie received his B.A. in physics (’74) and Ph.D. in EECS (’80) from UC Berkeley. He has over twenty years experience in the fields of high speed integrated and fiber optic components, advanced lithography techniques for sub-micron processing, high power microwave transistor manufacturing, CMOS pilot line and foundry operations and memory reliability characterization techniques. | |||||
