WORKSHOPS
Three ESREF
2001 workshops will be
organised. Participation is free for the conference attendees. These workshops
will be devoted to :
“1st European Failure Analysis Network ” in conjunction with
European EDFAS membership meeting, on Wednesday, October 3.
Moderators: Christian
BOIT (Infineon Technologies – Germany, Christian.Boit@infineon.com)
Philippe PERDU (CNES –
France, Philippe.Perdu@cnes.fr).
This workshop will trigger an
information exchange network for the European Failure Analysis community. It
offers the chance to create an acting community that all the European national
and international organizations contribute and all F/A individuals or
laboratories can communicate their needs.
This debate will be started by a
panel, followed by a discussion about the most urgent action items. Expected
results are a mailing list, a joint web site project, the start of new work- or
user groups and follow-ups on a regular basis.
“Reliability and Electronic Interfaces” on Wednesday,
October 3.
