Iron Core Inductor High Frequency Circuit Model for EMC Applications.

The analysis of EMC behaviour  of powere electronic converters requires specific models which are adequate over a wide frequency range. A novel equivalent-ciruit model of the inductor, suitable for EMC applications, has been developed and validated. The model can be used for the analyses of wound components' behaviour in the conducted-EMI frequency range. The parameters of the proposed model can be evaluated based on the selected impedance characteristic measurements.
