The APEC 2006 Social Event will be held in the Grand Hall of the Union Station, right next to the Hyatt Regency

APEC will be spending the evening at the historic Union Station for a dinner with entertainment that is pure Texas. We are still working on the details but this will be a wonderful evening of conversation, food, drink and entertainment. Check back later in the year for the details!

And a nice bonus comes with the Union Station–it is literally steps away from and connected to the Hyatt Regency. This year we are spared having to queue for buses and then wait for the buses to give us a ride back to the hotel. You will be able to come and go from the Social Event as you please. But with all of the good company, food and entertainment, why would you want to leave until the clean-up crew is pushing you out the door!
