Instructions For Exhibitor Seminar Speakers
|
The Exhibitor Seminar program has been expanded significantly from those in the past. Every effort is being made to maximize the return on exhibitors' time. This is your opportunity to deliver special technical messages to your potential customers. Commercial messages are welcomed and expected–hand out data sheets, application notes, samples, even low key sales pitches! But, please don't leave it behind after your session. Also, do not bring refreshments into the room.
This approach of focusing on how your product or service can help solve the attendee's problem has proven the most popular with the attendees. A/V EquipmentEquipment provided is the same as in the technical sessions–podium, lapel microphone, LCD projector, screen and power outlet (bring your own computer). Contact the APEC office for special requests. Time And ScheduleThe time schedule is strict. Be as courteous to the Exhibitor that is presenting after you as you want the one presenting before you to be to you. Give them enough time to get set up and to test their computer with the projector. The ending time is the time for pulling the plug, not starting the summation and discussion. |
