Instrument Makers for Electronic Reliability and Quality Testing
Analysis Tech, also known as Anatech, was founded in 1983 as a manufacturer
of electronic testing products for the electronic packaging industry. These
instruments fall into two categories: Semiconductor Thermal Analyzers and
Event Detectors, each dealing with a specific aspect of electronic reliability
testing. Thermal Analyzers measure parameters associated with thermal dissipation
in electronic packages, using the electrical method of junction temperature
measurement. Event Detectors monitor stress-induced failure modes in passive
electrical interconnects. The instruments within each of these families
collectively span a wide range of test specifications.
