SUMMARIES SUBMISSION

Prospective authors are kindly invited to send five copies of Summary in English by mail to the Conference Secretariat (see on the left margin) till 15 November 1999 - prolonged till 10 December 1999 (if you are still intending to deliver your summary, inform kindly the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible).
The summary, at least 3 pages and maximum 5 pages, A4 size, including the paper title, figures, tables, and references should accurately reflect the contents and novelty of the proposed contribution. Two copies out of five of the summary should contain a cover sheet with the following information: 

 paper title,  author's name(s),  affiliation,  mailing address, 
 phone number,  facsimile number,  e-mail address, 
 N° of topic,  preferred form of presentation (lecture or poster).

The summaries will be refereed independently by three members of the International Steering Committee from view of the relevance of the paper to conference topic, the contents, clarity and originality. If in doubt about the acceptance of a paper on the basis of its Summary, the full paper must be refereed. 

 

PROPOSALS FOR TUTORIALS

Authors willing to propose a tutorial at EPE-PEMC ‘2000 Conference are invited to send a two-pages proposal in English in three copies to the Conference Secretariat till 15 December 1999, containing: 

 title,  objective,  contents,  audience,  time schedule, 
 information about lecturer(s),  address for contact and communication. 

 

PROPOSAL FOR EXHIBITION

Companies and institutions will have opportunity to exhibit new products, components, applications, measurement equipment, hardware and software, etc. Your interest mark kindly in the Reply Card till 31 January 2000. The Conference Secretariat will contact you in order to discuss the details and conditions. 

 

FINAL PAPERS

Authors of papers provisionally selected for presentation will be informed by the National Organising Committee and will be invited to send their full-camera-ready papers.
The final paper should be prepared according to guidelines to be sent to each author. The pages limit will be 6 pages. The additional pages are to be paid extra. This restriction does not concern papers accepted for plenary session and for invited papers. 
The papers, successfully passed the final reviewing procedure, will be published in the Conference Proceedings in printed form and on CD. The paper will only be included in the Symposium proceedings if the registration fee will be remitted in time or will be assured.
