Prospective authors are invited to submit their paper reporting original work using one of the following methods: 

Five hardcopies of an extended summary not exceeding four pages, IEEE 2 columns format. 
An attached PDF or Postscript file to an E-mail. 
File transfer using the FTP facilities ftp.icecs2k.polymtl.ca. 
Submission of a paper implies a commitment to present the paper if accepted.
