The IASTED International Conference on Power and Energy Systems (PES 2004) will be held from November 28 to December 1, 2004 in Clearwater Beach, Florida, USA. This conference will create an international forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange new ideas and practical experience in the areas of energy and power systems. PES 2004 aims to strengthen relations between the energy sector, research laboratories, and universities. Highlights of the week will include paper sessions, tutorials, and keynote addresses.

PES 2004 will take place at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort, located directly on Clearwater Beach, which borders the Gulf of Mexico to the west and Tampa Bay to the east. Rated as one of the best beaches in the United States, Clearwater has exceptionally pleasant temperatures during the entire year, making it the ideal venue for PES 2004.
