The paper should consists of a 4 pages summary , including title , abstract , topic , key equations , figures , tables , references and indication of the preference for dialogue or lecture presentation .

The summary should outline the work to be presented , the objectives of the paper and the results obtained . No information about paper authors and their corresponding affiliation should be indicated in the summary.

Lecture Presentation.

The duration of a presentation slot is approximately 15 minutes. This includes the time for the presentation itself and for questions from the audience.

Each lecture room will have the following available :

  • LCD Projector with Screen,
  • PC with MS Powerpoint, CD-Rom drive, Floppy disk drive, and USB port,
  • Overhead Projector,
  • VHS (PAL) Video Player,
  • Microphone.

No transparencies print service will be available. All the participants that wish to use the OHP must come withtheir transparencies already printed out.

Poster Presentation.

There will be a large number of posters presented during the days of the conference. A large number of posters will be exhibited at each session. In order to make these sessions run smoothly, some cooperation from you, as a poster exhibitor, is necessary. First of all, it is essential that your poster is put up just before the session and removed immediately after it has ended.

The placement of your poster will be marked on the panel, where it will be presented with the number of your poster contribution: Ex. MAM1P-BF1 (M=Monday, AM1=First AM session, P=poster, BF1=Benjasiri Foyer 1). Look for your number in the conference program.

The size of the poster panel that is available to each presenter is 90cm x 100cm, Portrait layout only. Portrait A1 size is preferable

The format of the poster panel is portrait (height > width). This can not be modified. You are free to choose a poster (or many smaller posters) that fit on the given panel size.
