Abstract :
In this paper, we review various power converter
structures for four level voltage dc conversion. General
considerations about the structure design and offered advantages
are exposed. Then the modelling and the balancing paradigm for
each structure are presented. Two structures need a reduced
number of external voltage stabilizers and are studied. Their
PWM design are detailed and performances are compared with
simulation results.
